<div>Taking a medical team abroad is costly – it can cost as much as £1,000 per team member.
</div>
<div>Team members take their holidays to go  on a 2 week medical missions.  Most of them also pay for their air fares. 
</div>
<div>However, for a number of volunteers, the charity pay for their fares and we also pay for medical consumables needed for the operations and after care.
</div>
