Cameron’s Surgery

As of sat, Cameron was diagnosed with Testicular Cancer. A specialist confirmed it on Tuesday and after a couple of different test the dr said it looks like it has not spread anywhere else. As long as the radiologist can confirm there isn’t any spreading he will not need any chemo. He will be having surgery on Tuesday Sept 4th and he will be off for 2 weeks. The dr told us if he had to get a cancer this is one of the better ones to get so we are trying to stay positive even though it’s scary and upsetting. Sorry if anyone has felt out of the loop or if we haven’t been social with anyone. It’s been a very hard week for both of our families. We try to keep certain things private but unfortunately life happens and we need help from our friends and family. Cameron has too much pride to ask for help, but financially no one can ever plan for a surgery and he has to have it done. Even with our insurance they are asking for at least 50% up front which would be about $1200 to be able to get the surgery. We’ve thought about and tried other options and now we must swallow our pride and ask for help. If anyone can donate or even donate their time to help us I’d appreciate it.
