On October 19 Wendy Hovious and Cory Allison’s lives were forever changed. When the man who helped raise Cory and with whom Wendy shared her life with was tragically killed in Bloomington Indiana.
Anyone who knew Russell can tell you. Once you met him you never forgot him. He had a personality bigger than life. He loved riding his motorcycle.
On Thursday Russell rode his motorcycle to Bloomington to get his hair cut. Just a typical day. Till someone decided it would be a good idea to get behind the wheel of a car and drive under the influence of a controlled substance. The man crossed the center line and hit Russell head on.
Wendy and Russell were together for 22 years. Ups and downs came along but they stuck them out together. They raised Cory together, lived together, even had two dogs together, Eva and Buck. They loved as deeply as two people ever could.
Russell had no life insurance. They have no savings for a funeral. And I know Russell would not want Wendy and Cory to have this burden on top of everything else.
So I am asking you to donate whatever you can. Every little bit helps. Please help my friend, Wendy, bury the love of her life
