8PM STORE

We started 8PM CONCEPT STORE in 2017 with the idea to create a space where young designers as well as  artists had the opportunity to showcase their work. Personally frustrated because the retail environment did not include local and often unknown designers, and there weren’t many existing galleries to showcase emerging young talent in Barcelona, we decided to embark on the journey of creating a space in which we as creators and other local creatives could showcase their talents: 8PM STORE was born!

We have always felt that we needed to become the change we wanted to see. We believe that the choices consumers make can and will shape the future.

Therefore we have built an environment which fosters designers, whom make their products locally, as a means to both sustainability and contributing to our local economy. We also feel that contributing to culture is an essential part of our space and we host exhibits in our adjoining Le Bath Gallery as a means of promoting local artists and talents.

Unfortunately, today we could face permanent closure. With the COVID-19 pandemic temporarily closing our doors, we are faced with the dilemma of no incoming money to pay our fixed costs every month; rent and utilities and loans. We need to raise 3000 Euros to cover these basic costs during this closure. We don’t want this to be a goodbye!!!

In exchange for your generosity, we will be making you mystery gift boxes filled with items coming from our native Portugal! We are preparing personally these boxes  just for you as our way of saying thank you, and staying sane during this time! And we will scale the contents of each box to represent the value of your donation. The boxes will be available for pick up or delivery as soon as the city opens up again.


We are also making sure to continue the services we offered in Le Bath Gallery - that is continuing to offer culture to all! For this, we have created [email redacted] as a way to keep promoting local designers, artists, and culture here in Barcelona. Tune in every night at 8PM on IGTV!
