Help Ryan Walk

Donation protected
Ryan Sutton is the kind of guy that never lets adversity or difficulties hold him back. Born with Cerebral Palsy, Ryan has been in a wheelchair most of his life. Despite his physical setbacks, he has consistently remained positive and determined to meet his goals. When he graduated high school he set his mind to walking across the stage, and with the help of his father, he proudly walked to receive his diploma. Since then he has not had the resources he has needed to continue walking. His current goal is to spend less time in his wheelchair and get back on his feet. To achieve this, Ryan needs a customizable walker that his insurance will not pay for, as well as proper walking shoes. Both would allow him to live a more self-sufficient life and open countless doors for this talented and determined individual. Ryan is also a student at the University of Memphis where he majors in Business Administration. Through the Disability Resources for Students office, he was offered the opportunity to take a major-required Statistics summer class alongside his current math tutor who is taking the class in order to better assist not only Ryan, but future students as well. Taking this class would allow Ryan to begin taking upper level courses required to obtain his degree and meet his goal of graduating in 2017. All donations received will assist Ryan in achieving his goals and providing a better way of life for himself. Should the current goal be met and exceeded, all excess donatations will be used to help Ryan complete school by his projected 2017 graduation date.
