This is really hard for me, but for the first time in 10 months, I’ve received some good news, and I finally have hope. I need help. I’m fighting for my life as a single mother of three beautiful children. I hate asking for help or feeling like a burden to others, but I remind myself that I’m doing this for my kids—because I have to be here for them.

Tumor markers showed up in labs during a postpartum check-up. In April 2023, my fallopian tubes were removed. Then I lost my insurance, and I didn’t go back to the doctor until December 2023, partly because I was scared. When I did go back, I was informed that the cancer had spread into the soft tissue.

I didn’t tell anyone when I began chemo and radiation in January and February, but it became impossible to hide once I started losing my hair.

Since then, the cancer has spread into muscle tissue and now into my spine and pelvic bone. It's stage 3 Sarcoma (though it was originally diagnosed as 2B Omentum). I have had multiple surgeries and treatments, and I’ve applied to be in clinical trials. Saint Luke’s in Boise said there was nothing more they could do. So, I searched out of state and have started to work with Huntsman Cancer Institute in Utah. They are coordinating with my doctor here, but I have to pay for travel expenses and take days off work. My family has been helping with the kids and supporting me financially as much as they can.

There are so many people praying for me, and I’m so grateful for that. Right now, what I really need is financial help. I can’t work my second job anymore to make ends meet, and the travel costs are adding to my already overwhelming obligations.
