My name is Billy Remillong. I was born with Cerebral Palsy. Back in the mid 70’s I was a Guinea pig for the Shriners Hospital for crippled children. Had a cerebellum implant, it helped children a lot worse than me to relax a bit more. Now I need some help. I need both hips replaced starting with my right one. Hospital said it will run between $45,000.-$60, 000. per hip. I have Medicare I will be responsible for up to 20%. $8,000.-$12,000.  Per hip I’m not the one who asks for help, I’m the one that always helps others. But this time I’m asking for help.
