In hard times, we rely on family. Family is our support and family is our source of love. Jasmyne Jackson is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. which makes her our sister and our family. Her mother Ms. Jannifer Thomas was a part of our family as well. To hear the news that a member of our family has passed away was a pain we all felt and something that one should never have to bear alone. We ask that you keep her in your prayers.
Ms. Jannifer Thomas was a devoted mother of two wonderful and loving children: Jasmyne Jackson, a junior at Florida State University, and JaCorey Howard, a senior in high school. Ms. Thomas fell ill unexpectedly and although the doctors worked tirelessly to fight off her illness, her health did not improve. In the face of these awful circumstances, Ms. Jan's loved ones, with overwhelming love and formidable support, stood by her side the whole way.
The unfortunate loss of life that Ms. Jannifer's family must endure is not one they have to face alone. We are asking for donations to assist with medical bills and the plans that Ms. Jannifer's family must now make in her absence. Any amount is appreciated.
