Helping with medical bills

Hi my name is Felipe Cruz and I have been a victim of a hit and run accident on my motorcycle. The culprit rammed into the back of my motorcycle causing me to crash, he then proceeds to drag me from his front bumper approximately 30 feet. I currently do not have insurance because my job does not offer it and I will be out of work for awhile due to my injuries. I’ve had to undergo surgery on both my knees, I had to get my hip stitched up because it was a giant hole left in it and I had to get my toe stitched as well because a big chunk of meat was missing from it as well. I do not like to ask for handouts, but I am in need of some help family and friends. I do not currently have the funds to provide for my medicine nor pay for the hospital bill out of pocket, the culprit is still at large and he damaged more vehicles in the process of trying to escape. I was the only person hurt in the process, please can you all find it in your hearts to help me get better, please and thank you.
