Help Me Save My Ladybird: Legal fund

Ours is a case of parental alienation at its finest. My daughter's father has not allowed me to see my 9 yr old daughter Willoughby since February 18th, 2014. Over the past 24 months, (not including the past 2 months) I have been deprived of a combined total of 5 months and 11 days of time with my child. Despite having asked for assistance multiple times, law enforcement in Florence, OR refuses to enforce the court order.
Seeking assistance from the court to enforce my parenting time, only inspired my daughters father to retaliate and launch a new legal battle against me. He's seeking to disenfranchise me as a Mother completely.
Trial is set for July 15th. Based on what I'm up against, if I am to have any chance of success, I will need the help of someone experienced and savvy. Someone on our side, to ensure that my rights as a Mother are upheld.
Because my immediate family was rendered bankrupt during the divorce/custody trial 6 yrs ago (legal fee's totaling over $80K during the 2 year battle) they are no longer in a position to help me with attorney fee's this time around.
I realize, you may not know me personally... but I'm a good mother, and love my children more than words can express. Losing custody of Willough was a shocking and unexpected blow. Though, according to Oregon state law, I met NONE of the criteria to warrant her father being awarded custody, thats what the Judge decided. I gave up everything (a well paying job, nice home, and family in NM) to relocate and remain in Willoughby's life here in Oregon.
Per the court order, my parenting time should have been every other weekend. Seeing her only twice a month was heartbreaking as a Mother...Without proper legal counsel, my ex will succeed in disenfranchising me from my child completely. I cannot let this happen.
All pride set aside... My daughter and I need some champions in our corner to help us reach our financial goal to pay for the legal counsel needed to protect my rights as a Mother. Will you stand with us?!
