motorcycle wreck

I recently was in a collision on my motorcycle that was caused by a reckless truck driver. The truck driver's insurance is very minimal, and since St. Josephs hospital is holding a
 lien against me for medical bills, I may not see a red cent from the wreck. Life is becoming much harder being that I am also out of work for at least 3 more months and more medical attention is needed every week.
 I could go on like this all day, but instead i am going to simply ask for the help of my friends and family. I greatly appreciate anything you can do. every little bit adds up. Together I know
 I will make it through these unfortunate times better than expected. Thank you for your help and understanding.
