jeremy's medical bills

this is my nephew, jeremy. he is 20 years old. jeremy left baltimore on april 12th to go visit friends in ohio. this was his first trip away from home. on april 15th my sister received a phone call that jeremy had fell down an elevator shaft and is in critical condition in miami valley trauma center. he is in a coma, on a ventilator, and has a severe head injury. medical bills are quickly rising. insurance does not cover 100 percent. in addition to the rising bills, the family is faced with the expenses of trying to transfer jeremy back home to baltimore. his father is currently in ohio with him, while his mother remains in baltimore with a younger sibling who is still in middle school. any help is greatly appreciated. as all who are reading this can certainly imagine, the worry of how to pay for the care that their child needs is adding additional stress on this family.
