personal training gym

my recent diagnosis with stage 3 breast cancer has reinspired me to build a legacy for my 5 year old son. I have been in the industry for over 20 years and have owned my own facility for 9 years. I recently took on a partner to simplify this had the opposite effect . I need to move my gym and have found the location. I own all the equipment, flooring , lighting , spa equipment, I have the trainers and massage therapists already. I just need a small buildout help and the lease payment . I want to feel alive and prosperous and provide for my son. everyone keeps telling me to quit and relax. This feels like giving up. I feel the best fighting and striving for something greater.
