I am starting this fund for my Dad, Chris Smith, who was recently diagnosed with Stage 4 Lung cancer. He also has a tumor on his throat. He was hospitalized for several weeks and now that he was able to go home he visits ATLEAST one doctor's office daily. He is having chemotherapy, radiation, and everything else that goes along with cancer. The people who know him, know what a funny guy he is. He is trying to find the humor in this, as he does in every situation. Cracking jokes and dropping his hysterical one-liners. Those of you who may not know him, I wish you could. He is one of the funniest, hard-working, genuine people I know. I am proud to call him "Dad". He is unable to work right now and is burdened with how to pay his bills. Right now the fight is to focus on treating his cancer. Posting kind words, jokes, personal stories, quotes, or prayers would be amazing.
