Pay it forward and Save a Life...
My beautiful daughter is fighting breast cancer and needs a double mastectomy. She has insurance however she has not met her deductible and United health care will only cover a partial mastectomy and no reconstructive surgery. She has had to pay out of pocket for all treatment so far. My husband and I are doing all we can to help but just can't afford to pay for all of this.
My husband and I are asking for donations to help my daughter pay her medical bills so she can meet her deductible so her insurance will kick in and possible approve the surgery. She is fighting with the insurance company and her doctor is doing what he can do to get the insurance company to cover a double mastectomy.
