Cure Tim's Hep C!

Hey guys!, First off thank you for everything you do! If you're reading this then I'm sure we've made a memory or two at some point? So, long story short. A lot of you know that my health has been a bit screwy over the last 6 months or so. Unexplained stomach issues, coming down with strep and mono etc. I've been out of the loop with my friends and family because of this. And Rachel Tracy my oh so wonderful girlfriend has been by my side through all of it, don't know what I'd do without her?!. Well after my 2nd arrival to the local E.R. In two weeks they finally treated me long enough to discover what's really got me down!
After a few hours in the good graces of Harris Methodist Southwest (and a compelling amount of intimidation from Rachel) they found I had tested positive for Hepatitis C. I've since gone through the process of confirming this via a secondary lab test. For those of you who are not familiar with Hep C it is a global disease and a silent killer. Because of crappy testing procedures and symptoms that are very mild to nonexistent it can lie dormant in your body for decades and while being one of the highest mortality rates remains vastly unknown to the public. I plan to become a huge advocate for getting tested and getting the newly released cure for a less astronomical price than our country wants to charge! Yes that's right there's a cure! Unfortunately it's a bit costly insurance or not and I may have to go through some hoops to import the generic version of the cure. So I'm humbly asking for assistance in this matter. I'm about to start a new job but haven't worked in two weeks. Between that and having recent medical bills without health insurance to get my testing process started it's put me in a bit of a pinch. I know that the amount of virus in my body is low so that's a positive thing! But have to get scans of my liver to see if it's messed up or not etc. The proposed Treatment is a 12 week course. After that I should be cured if all goes as planned. I want everyone to understand that this disease is extremely hard to catch from someone. You can't get it from, hugging, kissing, sharing food, close contact etc. So please don't be afraid to give ole Timmy Tim a hug, because I'm going to need lots of them! . In the mean time I encourage you to get tested,do your own research and ask me any questions you may have? If you know you have Hep C and think there's no way to be cured you're wrong and I can help you get in touch with the right folks! I've been connected with a wonderful group of people who are all in the same process I am or have already been cured! So there's tons of hope for the future! So if you can donate to my cause thank you. I appreciate any help with my battle. In the meantime I'll be hangin around. Much love guys!
