VaKA Burger Food Truck Concept

My name is Chef Aaron J. Perez. I am a Le Cordon Bleu graduate class of 2008. I have been blessed to have worked with some of the best chefs in the world, where I have learned valuable technical skills as well as passion and love for the kitchen. Our culinary service works with some great clients and prestigious events. My career with all the hard work and dedication has been paying off, and recently I took the title of champion on Foodnetwork's, Cutthroat Kitchen. As all of you know we have started a Street Food Pop Up Concept that is called 'VaKa Burgers', in a small location on Wednesday's and Thursday's every week. We have been blessed to be receiving a great response by the community and fans. We have had great reviews on yelp. The power of social media has been key for us. We would love to give what our customers have been asking for, and open 5-7days a week in the form of a foodtruck! Our VaKa Burger food truck would continue to serve our 100% grassfed signauture beef blend with our ALL housemade sauces, and the use of farmers market produce along with additional food items. This would allow all of our clients and potential clients a chance to taste the love and passion we put into our concept. We are asking all of our friends and fans to help us make this a reality.
