Jessica Richards is the wonderful daughter of the much loved Wally Richards, as most of you know. In the last several years, she has encountered some big obstacles, yet has overome every one of them. Now, she is graduating from high school and plans to attend college at the University of Arkansas Fort Smith. She has received some scholarship funds toward her tuition, has qualified for financial aid, and has some additional funding in line. However, what she really needs is a 13" MacBook Air! Jessie is planning to major in graphic design/marketing and is very talented. She has already done some free-lance work.
This seems like the perfect way to help her with her college and career goals! When Wally passed away, she was overwhelmed by the support offered her by the Sammy/Delta family. In this year since, she has maintained contact with a number of us, and we've watched her accomplishments with joy. Let's see what we can do to help her with this. Reaching the entire goal would be awesome!!! But, whatever is raised will go toward the purchase of the MacBook Air. If everyone is super generous and we raise beyond the goal, we can even help her purchase the Photoshop program she'll need.
