Puppy Payton needs desperate help

BUTCH AND CONNIE HAVE NO IDEA WE STARTED THIS:

This is Payton.
She's just a few months old.

Her family has been through hell over the last 
2 years.
Payton was adopted after Connie and Butch's beloved Macy the lab passed away.
Prior to that, Connie's mom, Jean passed away in Feburary 
joining Connie's sister in Heaven.

AND, all the while Connie was a shut in, managing her 2 boys after she fell down the stairs and broke her tibia plateau in half that shot out the side of her leg, broken in 5 different places.. This kept her immobile and unable to work,  walk,  or drive for 
an entire year.

Now, sweet Payton's intenstines are twisted up and she is in surgery.
Connie and Butch's bills for Payton are upwards of 4k.

At the prompting of sweet Nancy Chaffee Egly, 
I opened this page.

Connie's unwaivering endurance, humor, kindness, parenting, and all around goodness has been inspiring to all of us.
She's NEVER shown us the downside of her heartache.

And now, again she has to be strong for her boys.
Who's hearts are all surely breaking and scared.
