Ireland Awaits!

I'm just a small town girl with a big dream to see the world! As a native speaker of English, the language has always amazed me: from the structure and syntax to the spelling and pronunciation. I'm continually amazed at how much I love this language, whether it's doing crossword puzzles and cryptographs to subtitulation and kinetic topography. As a college junior with a double major in English Creative Writing and Spanish Literature & Linguistics, it is my goal to teach the English language, in all of its forms, to speakers of other languages... but first, I've got to LEARN all of its forms,  including accentuation and colloquialisms. That is why I have chosen to study abroad this summer in Ireland: to get more culture and more language under my belt!
