It is with tremendous pride to announce the Atascadero Girls Softball Team, 12U Division, has taken 1st place at the Central California Division Championships this past weekend in Hanford, California. We thank our gracious sponser, Sylvester Burgers, for their support to enter that tournament.
As a result, our team, comprised of 10 girls, entering 7th and 8th grade in the Fall, has been invited to compete for the California State Championship in their division, from July 13th-16 in San Diego! Led by head coach, Kenny Dahlen, and assistant coaches Zach Wallace and Mark VanAllen, our enthusiastic team of girls is fundraising to make this opportunity compete for the state title a reality. Should you wish to contribute to our fundraising effort to cover the costs of our group attending this tournament, and a chance to bring home a State Championship title, we would be incredibly grateful. We will need to reach $8000.00 by July 12th to attend.
