Help with veterinary cost

Last week my friend was walking her three small dogs and a loose Pitbull came after and attacked her and the dogs. As she stood there she watched one of her dogs be killed by this Pitbull and screaming in pain. The other two dogs were also injured and the vet bills for them keep escalating. She also has injuries from this attack. Imagine how you would feel if you were watching this happen to your dogs and we're helpless to defend them and yourself.
