Lisa's Overseas Opera-tunity

I have been given the opportunity to study Opera and Italian this summer, and I could not be more excited, but I need your help to get there! 

I will be studying with Si Parla Si Canta, an amazing program for young singers to further develop their craft. The program is located in Urbania, Italy (just south of Bolognia). The total cost of the program is $4,096 and my flights will add up to around $1,600. Every little bit counts!

In addition to studying Vocal Performance at San Diego State University, I am a paid cantor at St. Martin of Tours in La Mesa, CA and am teaching private voice lessons. Recently, I placed second in my division at the San Diego NATS Competition and was rewarded $150. All of my above activities will help fund my program. 

I am so thankful to have had your support throughout the years of many concerts, musicals, competitions, sporting events, etc. and I would not be where I am today without you! I am so looking forward to sharing my experience with you!
