Carpenter Hill Colts - DI Global Finals

Help 14 Carpenter Hill Elementary students from Buda, Texas be the first elementary students from Hays ISD to compete with students from 15 countries for Destination Imagination! These students have excelled at state and regional levels to qualify for the Destination Imagination Global Finals in Knoxville, TN, May 20-24. We need donations to fund registration and travel expenses for the students and their coaches. Registration, room and board at the University of Tennessee for each student and coach is $645, and travel is $430 each. Any amount helps!

The mission of Destination Imagination as stated on their website is: "To develop opportunities that inspire the global community of learners to utilize diverse approaches in applying 21st century skills and creativity.
To encourage teams of learners to have fun, take risks, focus and frame challenges while incorporating STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics), the arts and service learning.
