Young Woman Needs Life Saving Treatments
We need some help for one of the most loving Christian women you will ever meet.
Erica Taft is the kindest, most caring, most giving soul I have ever personally met. I have known her very well for the past 6 years and am very close to her family.

Not only is Erica gorgeous on the outside, but she is even more gorgeous on the inside when you get to know her heart and her desire to spread more joy to the world through the Lord's message.
She would give the shirt off her back to help a stranger in need.
She would go out of her way to help you, listen and care.
She gives and gives expecting nothing in return.
She does everything with a joyful heart and a positive outlook. She even owns her own cookie company called LoveEt Cookies which are designed for people with allergies. She named it "Love Et - Erica Taft" again as part of her mission to help others in need spread more love into the world.
But, I know there is something she needs help with.
While she has been abundantly blessed with a gorgeous heart, smile, caring family, a wonderful NEW husband (they married 14 months ago), her body is internally attacking her healthy cells, tissue and collagen.

At the wedding, when the pastor said, "In sickness and in health...", it had such meaning. Her husband also battles Type 1 Diabetes. They are warriors together walking hand in hand in this journey, lovingly together. They were made for each other.
Erica is just 28 years old and has spent the better part of the past 3 years in and out of hospitals looking for answers to why she is so sick many days. She is an autoimmune warrior.
She has been diagnosed with Hashimotos, Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, Celiac Disease, Diabetes Insipidus, Mixed Connective Tissue Disease, Reynauds Disease, IBS-C & Lupus - all auto-immune diseases.
She has worked tirelessly with medical professionals and functional medicine doctors affiliated with The Cleveland Clinic, University Hospital, St. John Westshore, & Sevierville County Hospital. She has seen nephrologists, rheumatologists, endocrinologists, & gastroenterologists.
Erica is taking the photo. This is her loving family. Mom, Dad, Sister. Her Dad has been a pastor and in ministry for over 30 years.
In 2017, a doctor informed her that she has a chance to live just 6-10 more years with her autoimmune diseases.
But, Erica won't hear that. And we won't either. Because we know our God is an awesome God.
And Erica has taken RADICAL action to totally modify her diet and lifestyle to avoid autoimmune attacks to her system.
She is the most proactive person I've ever met, taking care of herself so diligently to reverse these diseases. She's like a walking encyclopedia on what to eat for health and healing!
Currently, the only foods she can eat are:
Organic Fruits
Organic Vegetables
A few beans
And she can drink water & tea & organic juices
She CANNOT eat:
Anything Yummy like cake, cookies, bread
Oils
High Protein Foods
High Fat Foods
Packaged Foods
Meats & Fish

She also fasts for 16 hours a day to help her body to cleanse. She drinks copious amounts of water also to cleanse.
And, what's so interesting is that even when you talk to her and say, "Gosh, you poor thing, you can't eat anything at the store."
She smiles and says, "Oh, I am so blessed. There are plenty of interesting fruits and vegetables to discover at the store. It's a fun challenge and I enjoy it." She would NEVER complain.
She has traveled to weekly body healing retreats. So, she is PROACTIVE and so CAREFUL about every soap, shampoo, cleaner & product her house.
And, in her quest to find answers, she has spent TENS of THOUSANDS meeting with doctors around the country to find a solution.
Which is taxing because some weeks she cannot work for 2-3 weeks straight if her body is having an attack. During those times, she doesn't even have the strength to walk. She gets very, very sick.
So, she needs more tests and she needs more help. That's where we come in.
She doesn't currently have money to invest in several expensive tests (NOT COVERED BY INSURANCE) that will reveal more about what is wrong with her system.
She needs money to pay for these tests so she can truly figure out what enzymes, vitamins, and foods will heal her body. She also needs money to help pay for the vitamins, ongoing doctor visits & hospital visits when she has flare-ups.
We all know that she could use help so she can begin her journey to healing. So, let's rally together to help her!
