Hurricane Harvey Recovery

My sister, Jennifer, lives outside of Houston which was recently devastated by Hurricane Harvey and the flooding that followed.  At 4:30 am Tuesday morning Jennifer woke up to water in her house.  After attempting to save a few things Jennifer, my 10 year old nephew and their cat were forced to go to a neighbor's house.  The water was knee deep when they left.  Later that day the neighbor's house started to flood and they were forced to evacuate by boat.  
When they were able to return to the house they discovered the water had been as high as 3 feet deep and 5 feet in the garage and destroyed most of what was on the first floor.  They have started the demo process and had to throw out appliances, furniture and personal mementos.  She also lost her car. The floors had to be removed along with drywall.  They are starting over on the first floor.  
Unfortunately Jennifer did not have flood insurance and will need help to cover the costs to rebuild the entire first floor of her house.  I would be so grateful for any help that you could give her.
