Major Back Surgery

As many of you know, I found out in July of 2019 that I have a huge cyst (the size of my fist) on the base of my spine, surrounded by many nerves. After a year and a half of fighting with insurance, my insurance ended and surgery was not yet done. 

Last October I was prayed over in my church and my symptoms were gone that night. I called the doctors office here in Victoria and asked them if we could please do an MRI to see if it was gone since the symptoms were no longer. 

As it turns out, my MRI done on January 4th has proven that my cyst is very much still there, and is even bigger. It is now measuring at 7.3cm x 5.1cm x 2.6cm and is continuing to mold my bones around it deforming them greatly. 

The surgery is getting scheduled within the next few days and they are scheduling for February and March. Without insurance it is now going to be self pay. The amount for the back surgery is about $30,000 plus the airfare, hotel, and rental car.
