All I want for Christmas......

My husband and I find ourselves in your hands.  After two years of surgeries to correct osteoarthritis in both knees, which includes 5 knee replacement surgeries, we are inundated with medical bills for all these treatments.  Now we find ourselves in a further medical situation where major dental work is required.  Can you believe from a childhood accident I am now in the position that I need to have my two front teeth replaced.  Because of the accident the only viable solution is to have implants.  Our credit has been depleted, our credit rating is not good as we try to keep up with our normal bills and the medical bills from all the surgeries for the knees.  It just seems like a never ending battle.  My husband has tried to retire from working for the past 6 years, he's now 71 and was planning on retiring but obviously can't.  Help us get through this temporary situation, please!  Once we have recouperated from this we know we can "pay it forward" for the next person!  I realize we are never given more than we can handle, but this is my last resort as to how to handle this one!  We thank you for any amount you can spare to help us.
