Embolize This!

I found out that I have a brain aneurysm last August. I have an aneurysm at the top of my basilar artery. I am so lucky that the aneurysm did not burst, and was able to start the steps to embolize and get the aneurysm to clot off.... anyway - if you are interested in all the details - shoot me an email.

The bigger picture is that  I will have to have an angiogram every six months for 2 years and then every year after that for 3 more. This is costly in and of itself, and the luck of my draw is that at my 6 month angiogram, I found out that I have to have another full surgery to add more coils to the aneurysm. 

This experience has changed my life. I am a new woman and am working on making even more changes in an effort to lead a very healthy life style. I enjoy fostering important relationships, assisting in fundraising and events for others, and working out and dancing for my health!
