October 22nd was meant to be a day of celebration as my sister / my children 's Aunt Kathy and Aunt Lucille gathered together with friends and family to celebrate their marriage after 40 years together. Unfortunately, celebration turned to worry when Aunt Lucille was rushed to the emergency room with a number of frightening symptoms.

Then, worry turned into fear when she was found to have swelling of the brain. A battery of tests confirmed multiple tumors in her head - cancer. The cancer originated from her lungs and has metastasized to the brain.

This is where you can turn fear into hope.

The hope - friends and family helping to fund her treatment, living expenses and medical needs while she fights this battle.
