Recovery Education:
Specifically, I am going to be talking about recovery and alcoholism, which is rampant in the villages surrounding the conference center. I will be taking books and AA meeting materials to start meetings with them and for them.
Feeding the Kids:
The TLC women's team provides financial support to a program that feeds over 150 children afflicted with the AIDS virus "“ as well as giving some real-time love to these kids. Additionally the team offers a two-day Bible Club to over 50 children where they can experience a carefree day of fun, games, crafts, and be nourished and hear Biblical truths.
Serving Women:
Through a mini-conference hosted and lead by our TLC women's team we educate, equip, and encourage women for ministry. We teach a variety of topics including Bible study, leadership, identity in Christ, health and nutrition, raising children, more.
