Disability

One would think that having cancer and having surgery to remove it, would be enough for a little while.  Apparently not.  Over a year ago I developed a neuro-muscular disease.  It has taken one doctor and 8 specialists to put a name to it.  Diabetic Neurapathy.  No cure at this point.  despite the fact I have been in pain for a year and am slowly losing my legs, I have been turned down by disability twice now.  That is with them never seeing me or talking to me.  I am trying to get a hearing, but that may take months.  I have gone from being a Plant Manager for 25 years to unemployed and unemployable.  Just trying to put together funds to get me to a hearing with Disability.
This is, without a doubt, the most embaressed I have ever been.
