GRES Destination Imagination - Globals

We need your help to get to the Destination Imagination (www.idodi.org) Global Finals!  We have been working extra hard outside of school to start a DI team in our town and in our first year together we won first place in the State of IL and are hopefully headed to Knoxville, TN to compete against teams from arount the world,  but we need to raise funds to get there.    Here is a link to a video of our team in action:




The Destination Imagination program encourages teams of learners to have fun, take risks, focus and frame challenges while incorporating STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics), the arts and service learning. Participants learn patience, flexibility, persistence, ethics, respect for others and their ideas, and the collaborative problem solving process.   Global Finals is the largest celebration of creativity in the world brings the top teams from around the world together to compete.
