need help with medical bills and food

My husband and I are needing help recovering from medical expenses. I was in the hospital 3 times in 30 days. I was being diagnosed and treated for Crohn's disease. During my second stay in the hospital the doctors found a polyp in my colon which contained cancer cells and had to be removed through surgery. I am now cancer free and managing having Crohn's disease through proper diet and medication. As you can imagine even with good health care insurance the copayments for the hospital stays and medication have been a heavy financial burden. I'm still not been cleared by the doctor to return to work after surgery. Between the medical cost and lost income from being out of work for the last 6 weeks. My husband and I are getting in desperate need of financial assistances. My husband has been working 50 to 60 hours per week trying to keep things going financially. He has been able to keep the bills paid but it leaves very little for food for us and our three children. If you could please help with any donation it would be greatly appreciated.
