Lindsay Wahlman is a mother to four awesome kiddos (Jeshua 9, Finnegan 7, August + Iris 1 year old) and wife to Steve Wahlman. In November of 2018 Lindsay was diagnosed with breast cancer. After a few weeks of showing signs and symptoms, Lindsay started her cancer journey. She spent several weeks traveling to different doctors, to take several different tests. Everything came back showing that she in fact had Stage 3/4 IDC breast cancer.
Lindsay is 37 years old and spends most of her days caring for her kids. She continues to change diapers, help with homework, pack lunches and show up for baseball games!! She has incredible strength and dedicated faith in Jesus. Lindsay and Steve are currently seeking out the best options to treat her specific cancer. It's a complicated road and the options are far and few between.
The money raised will help the Wahlman family with medical costs (tests, treatments, medication, etc). Lindsay was very hesitant to give us her blessing to raise money. She is very private and didn't want to put anyone out, she is so kind and humble. We assured her that all funds raised would alleviate the extra pressure on her family, and the awareness of her illness would allow for extra prayers and positive energy in her direction. So, even if you don't have a donation to spare, please send your love and prayers to this amazing wife, mama, daughter, sister and friend!
