Getting Ken Rolling Again

On the morning of April 5th, a drunk driver slammed into the back of my brother's wheelchair accessible van that was parked in front of his house.  The cost to repair it far exceeds the book value of the vehicle and now he needs to purchase another van.  Since he uses a power wheelchair, the only way for him to get around is in a wheelchair accessible van.  To purchase a new one today can cost upwards of $50,000 and a good used one can be in the $25,000 - $30,000 range.  Since he is not working, this is impossible for him to do without wiping out his entire savings and going into debt for the balance.  It's not fair that my brother has to pay for some idiot's poor judgement to be behind the wheel.  We are thankful to God that this didn't happen at a different time during the day because someone could have been seriously injured or worse.
