Flooding Relief

As many of my friends are aware,  I have been fighting with all the local government agencies to no avail to get assistance with the flooding  I and my neighbor across the street have to put up with quite a few times a year. This year has been horrendous and we were close to losing our personal belongings inside our home. Any donations would help us to acquire and build a better pump system. We have over the past 15 years spent thousands of our own money to try to keep from flooding inside our home. Currently, both of our septic tank systems are on the verge of destruction from the flooding. My drain field alone requires replacing, but that is another project for the future.
Please help with whatever you can give as we need this to happen ASAP
