1 yr old Kinsley fighting for life

Donation protected
I asked Kinsley's mama to give me a timeline of what's happened to her sweet girl in the past week. While reading the details, I was heartbroken. NO MOTHER should ever have to watch their baby girl fight for her life. Nicky is not working so she can be a mom 24-7 to her very sick baby girl. I decided to start a go fund me for her so she doesn't have to worry about bills while being there for her daughter. PLEASE DONATE! Even $5 helps! These are Kinsley's mamas words... "I brought kinsley to Cardons on Monday morning around 11. After going through the weekend of her not feeling well due to what we all thought was teething. 30 minutes after being admitted the ER MD informed me that Kinsley had an infection in her heart and was going into congestive heart failure. From that point an ekg was done, blood was drawn and an xray. She was than diagnosed with Croup and Pneumonia. After all tests were done and reviewed the cardiologist came in with the xrays and informed us that Kinsley was NOT in congestive heart failure. She than was diagnosed with Bacterial Endocarditis with a vegetation on the mitral valve that in size was 7mmx15mm. From there we were sent straight to PICU. From there the intensivist informed us that due to more cultures that needed to be drawn they would have to put a PICC line into a main artery in her neck and she would need to be on aventilator due to her not being able to breathe because of the fluid in her right lung. On Monday evening going into Tuesday morning Kinsley went into septic shock. From there the intensivist thought she may have a blood clot in her lung so they took ber back to get ct scan where later we were informed that she did not have a clot. Since Tuesday xrays have been done every morning and each day they are different which is telling us that she is not 100% ready to come off of the ventilator and go to a conventional ventilator (which is our goal). Kins was also diagnosed with ARDS and Rhinovirus. They have Kinsley on 2 different antibiotics to kill the bacteria that is in her blood and heart. Unfortunately, the cultures have came back negative on what the bacteria could be. Kinsley's blood pressure and heart rate continues to be different everyday. It will be stable for awhile, than it willgo low & than it will go high. So, trying to make her comfortable with the correct "sleeping medication" & pain medication is very important. Shes a fighter so she keeps waking up under the "sleeping medication." Surgery has been discussed to fix the valve but the question is when is it safe to have the surgery."#prayforkinsley#kinsleystrong
