Headstone for Cole

It has almost been a year now since Cole was taken from us. My family and I have tried to put the pieces back together but things never seem to get easier. However, when we visit Cole we are reminded of the loving person who had such an enormous impact on our lives.
My family and I are now in the process of obtaining a headstone for Cole's final resting place. It would mean so much to us for any contribution that you would so generously provide to help us achieve this for our beloved Cole.
