Rasing money for a vehicle

Hi I'm trying to raise money for a vehicle to get my kids back and forth to doctor appointments  and so I can go back to work. My middle child has disabilities that require us to travel to Columbia mo and st.louis. he currently has a appointment on December 2nd in st.louis with the orthopedic doctor due to him fracturing his foot. Anything at this point will help me and my kids. I completely understand if you can't donate at least pray that we are able to get a vehicle to be able to take Landon to his appointment on December.
