Dee's Lung Transplant support

Hello, I'm Denise, I'm 55, I'm a mother and  grandmother and I need a lung transplant, as I have end stage COPD/emphysema. I also need my support person  to take 3 months off work to be at the hospital when I have my operation and care for me after  I'm discharged from hospital which involves being on call 24/7 in case of infection/rejection, driving me to hospital appointments, doing my washing,  shopping  and cooking my meals, so I need to raise enough to cover her unpaid time off work, and the extra costs of fuel, driving me to post-operation appointments. I would appreciate any amount anybody can donate to my cause. Without my support person, I can not have a lung transplant, and I really, really need it as I  have 17% lung capacity at present, and reducing.   I have 2 beautiful grandkids and I would like to live to see my them grow up..without his operation, it's very likely I will pass  within 12-18 months.
