UNM Women's Rugby-Sweet Sixteen

The University of New Mexico Women's Rugby team was established in the year 2000 and has been a great representative for the state of New Mexico.  In the past 14 years UNM Women's Rugby team has qualified for the United States Sweet Sixteen 7 times and Final Four once.  According to rugbymag.com, we are currently ranked #7 in the nation.  We are striving to become #1.
We are a very serious and competitive sport at the University of New Mexico.  However, we are not NCAA and do not receive funding for traveling.  We just qualified for the USA Rugby Sweet Sixteen in Atlanta, GA on April 25-27.  Unfortunately, we do not have the funds for lodging or transportation.  We are asking for any donations to help our team get to Georgia.  Our goal is $5500.
