Aarrayn Jourdin Perez Memorial

On Friday August 15, 2014 my niece Aarrayn Jourdin Perez (daughter of Vincent Marcel Perez and Tina Coleman) and her grandmother Barbara Armes (mother of Tina Coleman) were fatally injured in a car accident leaving Aarrayn's neighborhood in Upper Marlboro, MD. Aarrayn was taking her grandmother home before going to have her weekly daddy-daughter dinner with her father Marcel when a vehicle struck them killing them instantly.
Aarrayn was going into her senior year at The University of Maryland where she was an honor student. She began her college life at the age of 16 and was most recently accepted into the Alpha Kappa Alpha Soroity which made her the happiest 19 year old I had ever seen.
With such a promising life ahead of her no one would ever have thought that this ray of sunshine along with her grandmother would be taken from us so soon! Family meant everything to Aarrayn. She loved all of her family so much and spent most of her free time with her parents, grand parents, uncles, aunts and cousins.
It has been very overwhelming for the family and now the burden of making final arrangements for not only Aarrayn but her grandmother Barbara is upon us. No one would have imagined this coming and now we are faced with the huge financial responsibility for services and burial so I come to you today to ask for any donation that your heart would allow you to make to send our angels home.
I would like to thank you all in advance for your monetary donations, condolences, emails, text messages and all acts of kindness during this most difficult time. Our family is greatly touched by you all!
