The Shapiro Final Expenses Help.

Okay friends, here we go again. Dave has had a severe stroke now and it's going to be another long haul.
I've put this picture up because it is him having a great time on a vacation we needed badly. I'm glad we went when we did. Hopefully, he will recover completely and maybe we can have more happy times like this again. This is my hope and prayer. 
I hope you guys can help us out a little while we go through this. Any amount is appreciated.
