Crazy Cat Lady

We need to get 4 cats fixed and licensed so that we can keep them. While trying to get help with some of our cats through animal services (we currently have 20 cats/kittens), I was told that we have too many and have to surrender them. We are allowed to keep a few, but only if we get them fixed and licensed. It was difficult to choose which ones to keep as we truly love all of them. I've calculated exactly how much we need in order to take care of 4 cats. We'll be surrendering the rest of them tomorrow, 9/17/20 and will be given a case worker. The case worker must have proof that we are fixing/licensing the 4 cats we want to keep. Otherwise, they will fine us and take our last few kitties. Any and all help is greatly appreciated. This has all been extremely emotional for my family. We are utterly heartbroken. Being able to keep a few of our babies would mean the whole world to us.
