As many of you know I visited North West Haiti in October 2014. This was my first trip but I went with friends that have been helping with food, medical care and housing since the fall of 2013.
My picture shows some of the orphans that we hope will soon be living inside the orphanage that many generous donors have helped to build.
There are over 150 orphans currently in this community. They live scattered throughout with many sleeping on the floor in the school house.
I plan to revisit with a team in March 2015. The goal is to provide bunk beds for the children at a cost of $85 each. We need to purchase the materials ahead of time so we can assemble them upon arrival.
These are children that have NEVER slept in a bed.
The donations will go to Eagle Ranch Ministries in Mt. Pleasant PA. They have 501(c)(3) status so a tax receipt can be provided if you wish.
