Help David

As many of you know, our brother, David, has cerebral palsy, Landau-Kleffner syndrome, autism, and is intellectually disabled. Since he has turned 18, he is his own guardian as he is a legal adult. Even with obvious disabilities, it is necessary for us to go through the court system to be appointed his legal guardian. Therefore, we must legally file for guardianship as our mother is no longer able to provide sufficient care for him. 

 David needs to be in a safe and stable environment. Once we are granted co-guardianship, we will be able to seek and provide him with the help he needs since he is not able to make these choices or ask for help himself.

This guardianship would allow us to register David for assistance, medical and dental care, as well as to be able to place David in a stable and safe residence for him to have the 24-hour care and supervision that he requires. 

Please help us through donations to aid the funding needed to obtain an attorney to gain guardianship of our David. As our brother, he is and will continue to be an important part of our lives and we want to see that his life is as fulfilling as possible.
