The words aren't there. The excruciating ache in the middle of my soul leaves me in silence.
David Ryan, one of the greatest men I've ever had the pleasure to know and love has recently been diagnosed with an aggressive form of brain cancer. He has triumphed through his first surgery and headed home to Ireland where he will duel it out with radiation and chemotherapy.
"In my distress I called upon the LORD; to my God I cried for help. From his temple he heard my voice, and my cry to him reached his ears."
It's not often I beg, but I beg of you to pray and pray hard. The Lord knows our need and we will cling to Him as we journey through this battle.
As can be expected, there will be bills, travel to and from hospitals, missed income opportunities for all those who will soldier through this with David. Anything helps and that's what we want to do, help.
There has already been an outpour of support and love for David and his family. Let's march on together.
