Oscars Osuna Acosta funeral expenses
The death of a loved one is one of the most traumatic experiences any of us will ever have to face. We are not sure how to write this or even how to cope. We have lost someone so dear and special, that can never be replaced.
Oscar was a beloved son, grandson, brother, uncle, cousin, nephew and friend to many. Although he appeared to be so happy and full of life, the sad reality is that he had been battling depression and addiction for a little bit. His mother passed away and widow father comes from a very unprivileged family background. Unfortunately on June 25th, 2021 he passed away in his home as a result of an accidental drug overdose. He was the third person to die in that area that night from the same drug. We are all shattered by his sudden and tragic death and trying to figure out how to move forward after such an unexpected and painful loss he will be deeply missed and never forgotten.
All proceeds received will go directly to his father to help with the following:
- Funeral expenses
- Arrangements to take his body to Sinaloa, Mexico. (He cried to be next to him mother)
- Planning and preparing his vigil and celebration of life.
If you or anyone you know is struggling from addiction the family urges you to please seek help. Check on your loved ones often during these trying times. Check on your happy friends, check on your strong friends. Dig deep for the truth when someone says "I'm okay". Be honest with your loved ones about how your feeling, don't hide your pain. If Oscars story helps at least one persons life then his death will not have been in vain, so please take care of yourselves and each other.
I am coming to each and everyone of you in hopes we can reach our goal to provide his father and his loved ones can say goodbye, and pay their respects.
La muerte de un ser querido es una de las experiencias más traumáticas que cualquiera de nosotros tendrá que enfrentar. No estamos seguros de cómo escribir esto o incluso cómo afrontarlo. Hemos perdido a alguien tan querido y especial, que nunca podrá ser reemplazado.
Oscar fue un amado hijo, nieto, hermano, tío, primo, sobrino y amigo de muchos. Aunque parecía muy feliz y lleno de vida, la triste realidad es que había estado luchando contra la depresión y la adicción durante un tiempo. Su madre falleció y el padre viudo viene de un entorno familiar muy de muy bajos ingresos. Desafortunadamente, el 25 de junio de 2021 falleció en su casa como resultado de una sobredosis accidental de drogas. Fue la tercera persona que murió en esa zona esa noche por la misma droga. Todos estamos destrozados por su repentina y trágica muerte y estamos tratando de aprender cómo seguir adelante después de una pérdida tan inesperada y dolorosa que lo extrañaremos profundamente y nunca lo olvidaremos.
Todos los ingresos recibidos irán directamente a su padre para ayudar con lo siguiente:
- Gastos de funeral
- Arreglos para llevar su cuerpo a Sinaloa, México. (El quería estar a lado de su mamá)
- Planificación y preparación de su vigilia y celebración de la vida.
