Help Roo have his leg repaired at AVS

Hi My name is Roo!  I am a 3 1/2 month old chihuahua who was found crying on the sidewalk.  The veterinarian believes someone physically abused me as I have a bruised eye and a broken arm, but no signs of road rash that would indicate I was hit by a car. 
I am a loving boy who just wants to be held and loved by everyone. 
Unfortunately, after consulting with the orthopedic specialist, my arm needs surgery to repair the damage so that I can be a normal puppy at some point.  The veterinarians and staff don't want me to go to Animal Care and Control or be euthanized, so they are trying to raise money for my surgery.  They are also looking for a good home for me, preferably with someone who will follow all the rules and take me to any appointments I need in the future. 
The veterinarians and staff tell me that any excess funds will be utilized for future cases of injured animals (like me) who also need help (and can't afford it), or donated to a good cause (animal related) in the local area.  If you can, please donate or share to help me get the surgery I need.
